Routine refreshes should update source links, dates, and implications when providers change pricing, model behavior, policy guidance, funding details, or production readiness.
Reader reports
Readers should be able to flag stale links, incorrect claims, or missing primary sources. The next iteration should add a visible correction contact and a small update log on high-traffic pages.
